Existing industrial arms are capable. Making them useful across changing physical work is the hard part.

We are developing an arm-agnostic data-to-policy loop: collect human demonstrations, turn them into structured learning data, evaluate models honestly, and introduce physical execution only through measured safety gates.

We do not confuse validation loss, dry inference, or a polished narrative with physical task success. Reliable robot intelligence has to be earned in the real world.
